2.37 Lakh Electors in Kerala, Assam, Puducherry Opt for Home Voting Facility

Over 2.37 lakh electors in Kerala, Assam, and Puducherry approved for home voting by Returning Officers.
•
Home voting has commenced and will conclude by April 5, with a second visit planned if voters are unavailable.
•
Contesting candidates are provided with a list of home-voting electors and informed about polling team schedules.
•
Elderly voters (85+) and Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) can avail this optional facility via postal ballot.
•
Electors not opting for home voting will receive facilities like volunteers and wheelchairs at polling stations.
