500 CPI(M) Workers Booked for Rally Against Ex-Leader Sudhakaran

Around 500 CPI(M) workers booked for organizing a rally against former party leader G Sudhakaran in Alappuzha, Kerala.
•
Punnapra police registered the case, including against Ambalappuzha area committee secretary Shyamji.
•
Accused of causing traffic disruption during the march on March 14, which proceeded from Paravur Assembly junction to a public ground.
•
The procession allegedly obstructed vehicular movement and inconvenienced the public.
•
Case registered under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS); Sudhakaran recently quit CPI(M) and plans to contest as an independent.
