7-Year-Old Boy's Organs Save Four Lives in Bengaluru After Tragic Accident
•A seven-year-old boy, declared brain dead after a road accident in Bengaluru, had his organs donated by his family.
•The boy was admitted to KIMS Hospitals in Mahadevapura in critical condition following a road traffic accident.
•Despite intensive neuroprotection and advanced life support from a multidisciplinary team, the boy showed no improvement due to catastrophic brain injury.
•On February 24, the clinical team confirmed brain death in accordance with NOTTO guidelines.
•His organs (two corneas, two kidneys, one liver, and four heart valves) were retrieved, transforming four lives through this act of generosity.
