Adani Energy Achieves Historic 10 Million Smart Meter Milestone Ahead of Schedule

• Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) has delivered and installed 10 million smart electricity meters across various discoms, a first for India and potentially globally.
• This milestone was reached significantly ahead of the company's target of March 31, 2026, with the next 10 million meters expected in the coming financial year.
• AESL, as India's leading AMISP, has a mandate to install approximately 25 million smart meters across five states, deploying them at a rate of nearly 25,000 per day.
• The smart meters provide real-time consumption data, aiding grid modernization, enhancing billing transparency, and supporting the Government of India’s Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS).
