Aluminium Futures Rebound to Rs 309.25/kg After Early Slide

  • Aluminium futures on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) recovered on Monday after an early slide.
  • The metal opened lower, hitting an intraday low of Rs 300 per kilogram, a 2.72% drop.
  • Value buying by traders helped aluminium rebound by 85 paise (0.28%) to Rs 309.25 per kilogram.
  • The recovery occurred despite a weak trend in international markets, including the London Metals Exchange (LME).
  • On LME, aluminium fell by USD 51.05 (1.62%) to USD 3,066.60 per tonne.

Why It Matters: Aluminium futures rebounded on MCX due to value buying, despite weak international trends.
