•He consumed poison on Tuesday night at Pedapulipaka village.
•Gopi was reportedly facing severe financial issues and suffering from blood cancer.
•Police also noted family-related problems, including alleged harassment and a second wife.
•A case has been registered under section 194 of the BNSS Act; postmortem report awaited.
