Bajaj Finserv Q3 Profit Flat at Rs 2,229 Cr; Total Income Rises

• Bajaj Finserv reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 2,229 crore for Q3 FY25, nearly flat compared to Rs 2,231 crore in the year-ago period.
• Total income for the quarter increased significantly to Rs 39,708 crore from Rs 32,042 crore in the same period last year.
• Interest income rose to Rs 20,449 crore, while total expenses also increased to Rs 33,404 crore.
• Bajaj General Insurance's profit improved to Rs 430 crore in Q3 FY25.
• Bajaj Finserv and its promoter entities acquired a 23% stake in Bajaj General Insurance and Bajaj Life Insurance from Allianz SE for a total of Rs 21,390 crore, increasing Bajaj Group's ownership to 97%.
