Bengal's Voter Count Exceeds 7.04 Crore After Electoral Roll Revision: CEO

West Bengal's voter count now stands at over 7.04 crore after the post-Special Summary Revision (SIR) electoral rolls.
•
Chief Electoral Officer Manoj Kumar Agarwal announced the figures on Saturday.
•
The revision process saw the deletion of over 5.46 lakh electors and the inclusion of more than 1.82 lakh new voters.
•
Over 58 lakh enumeration forms were not received for deceased, shifted, or duplicate electors.
•
More than 60 lakh electors are in the "under adjudication" category but are included in the new rolls.
