Bengaluru Police Detain Two Bangladeshi Nationals for Illegal Residency
•
Two Bangladeshi nationals, including a 17-year-old girl and 23-year-old Mohammed Umar, were held in Bengaluru.
•
They were residing illegally and caught during a police verification drive in K Narayanapura.
•
The girl hails from Dhaka, and Mohammed Umar is from Bagerhat district of Bangladesh.
•
The duo worked at Winsome Tree Community and have been handed over to FRRO for legal action.
•
This is part of a state-wide drive initiated by Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara to identify illegal foreign nationals.
