Bihar issues Rs 300 crore traffic challans in 10 months, recovers Rs 115 crore

  • Bihar authorities issued 4.97 lakh challans worth Rs 301.28 crore for Motor Vehicles Act and traffic rule violations.
  • The challans were issued on national and state highways over 10 months, from April 1, 2025, to February 11, 2026.
  • Rs 115.23 crore has been recovered so far, with efforts underway to collect the remaining amount.
