Bikaner: Man Dies After Self-Immolation at SP Office; Investigation Underway

• A 35-year-old man, Ram Lal, died on Saturday at SMS Hospital, Jaipur, after setting himself on fire near the SP office in Bikaner on Friday.
• Ram Lal, a resident of Khajuwala, Bikaner, poured petrol on himself and self-immolated in a corridor outside the SP office.
• Police personnel doused the flames and rushed him to PBM Hospital, then referred him to SMS Hospital due to critical burn injuries.
• He had previously lodged a harassment complaint against a woman but later submitted a letter stating he did not want any action.
• The reasons for his return to the SP office and the self-immolation are currently under investigation by the police.
