BSE Q3 Profit Soars Nearly Threefold to Rs 602 Cr, Revenue Jumps 62%

• BSE reported a consolidated profit of Rs 602 crore for the December quarter, a nearly threefold increase from Rs 220 crore last fiscal.
• Total revenue reached an all-time high of Rs 1,334 crore, up 61% from Rs 829 crore a year earlier, marking 11th consecutive record performance.
• Profitability was boosted by strong growth in equity derivatives trading, listings, and mutual fund transactions, alongside a 4% decline in operating expenses.
• BSE welcomed 99 new equity listings, raising Rs 97,657 crore, and equity derivatives activity hit an all-time high with 772 crore contracts traded.
• BSE StAR MF platform transactions increased 21% year-on-year to 21.7 crore, securing an 87.4% market share in mutual fund transaction processing.
