Cargill Unveils Rs 300 Crore Dairy Feed Plant in Punjab, Boosts Local Economy

Cargill Animal Nutrition & Health opened a Rs 300 crore dairy feed plant in Wazirabad, Punjab.
•
The facility, spread over 15 acres, is Cargill’s largest dairy feed plant in South Asia with an annual capacity of 400,000 metric tons.
•
It will create over 1,000 direct and indirect jobs, supporting local livelihoods and meeting rising demand in Punjab.
•
Products under Provimi and Purina brands will offer world-class, science-based nutrition to dairy farmers, improving milk yields and animal health.
•
Punjab Industries Minister Sanjeev Arora inaugurated the plant, highlighting the state's strong agricultural landscape and investment appeal.
