Caribbean Fishermen Fear for Lives After Deadly US Strikes on Suspected Drug Boats
•Fishermen in St. Vincent and the Grenadines are urged to take precautions after a US strike killed three on a suspected drug boat.
•The US government confirmed strikes on three boats, killing three, but provided no evidence of drug ferrying.
•Former St. Vincent PM Ralph Gonsalves criticized the strike, stating, "Everybody is innocent until proven guilty."
•The strikes, which began in September, have killed at least 145 people and led to a wrongful death lawsuit by families of two Trinidad and Tobago fishermen.
•Critics question the legality of the strikes, with the ACLU calling them "lawless killings in cold blood."
