Cops Attacked in UP's Ballia Village; 2 Nabbed with Weapons

• Three policemen, including Shailendra Kumar, were assaulted, with Kumar sustaining severe head injuries.
• Accused Arun Rai and Amit Rai alias Ganguly allegedly tried to strangle a constable and pelted stones.
• The attackers also damaged the police vehicle before fleeing the scene.
• Both accused were later nabbed with two country-made pistols and live cartridges; a video of the incident surfaced.
