•The Communist Party of India was formed on December 26, 1925, in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
•Thousands of party workers are expected to participate at Ranchi’s Atal Vendor market auditorium.
•The state-level program was postponed from February 22 due to urban local body polls in Jharkhand.
