Crisil's Q4 Profit Jumps 7.5% to Rs 241 Cr, Recommends Rs 28 Dividend

• Crisil Ltd reported a 7.5% growth in net profit, reaching Rs 241.5 crore for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025.
• The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 28 per equity share, bringing the total annual dividend to Rs 61 per share.
• Consolidated income from operations for Q4 2025 increased by 18.5% to Rs 1,081.6 crore.
• For the full fiscal year 2025, Crisil's net profit rose 12% year-on-year to Rs 766 crore.
• Amish Mehta was re-appointed as Managing Director & CEO for another three-year term starting October 1, 2026.
