Delhi HC Upholds Sweet Shop Owner's Conviction for Sewer Pollution

- •The court set aside the two-year imprisonment sentence due to the owner's age and the offense dating back to 2000, and changes in the Water Act.
- •The owner was directed to pay an additional fine of Rs 10 lakh to DPCC and plant 100 trees in or around Chandni Chowk.
