Delhi Open: Nagal Exits, Top Seeds Banthia-Donski Advance to Quarterfinals

India's top tennis player Sumit Nagal was knocked out of the ATP Delhi Open by sixth seed Federico Cina of Italy in the second round.
•
Cina, ranked No. 225, defeated Nagal (No. 297) with a 6-4, 6-4 scoreline in one hour and 40 minutes.
•
In the doubles draw, top seeds Siddhant Banthia (India) and Alexander Donski (Bulgaria) advanced to the quarterfinals with a 6-2, 6-3 win.
•
Indian wildcard pairing Divij Sharan and Karan Singh also reached the last eight in doubles.
•
Somdev Devvarman remains the only home singles' champion in the tournament's history.
