•Congestion expected 2 pm-10 pm on IP Marg (MGM Road), Vikas Marg, and Ring Road (Rajghat to IP Depot).
•Traffic diversions on IP Marg, Vikas Marg; heavy vehicles restricted on Rajghat to IP Marg.
•No parking on Ring Road from Rajghat to IP Flyover; vehicles found parked will be towed and prosecuted.
•Limited parking available only for vehicles with valid labels near the stadium; unauthorized vehicles not allowed.
