Delhi Traffic Police tests laser speed guns on NH-44 to boost enforcement

• Five handheld laser speed cameras tested on Friday, resulting in 151 fines issued during the drive.
• Libaspur Bus Stand area, an industrial zone with heavy vehicle movement, has seen 68 road accidents and 28 fatal incidents between 2018-2023.
• New devices aim for accurate detection of speeding vehicles and stronger enforcement in vulnerable, high-traffic zones.
