Deported Bangladeshi Duo Held in Delhi for Illegal Re-entry, Trafficking Link

Two previously deported Bangladeshi nationals, Dipto Kumar Pal (28) and Ruma Begum (27), apprehended in northwest Delhi.
•
They were caught near Jahangirpuri Metro Station for allegedly re-entering India illegally after being deported from Uttarakhand last year.
•
Dipto Pal is accused of involvement in human trafficking, helping women cross the border, arranging clients, and collecting money.
•
Their arrest followed leads from three deported Bangladeshi women involved in a trafficking and solicitation racket.
•
Deportation proceedings have been initiated after they were produced before the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO).
