Dhiraj Kumar Singh Appointed AIU Observer for University Games 2025-26

• Dhiraj Kumar Singh has been appointed as the All India University (AIU) Observer for the National/Zonal University Games 2025-26 by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi.
• Mr. Singh is an international jury and judge with the National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) and the International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF), with extensive experience in national and international shooting competitions.

• He will specifically oversee the 10m Air Rifle and 10m Air Pistol (Men & Women) Shooting Championships at Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, from January 27 to February 4, 2026.
