DTC, DSIIDC sign MoU for Rs 207 cr modern, sustainable HQ

• DTC and DSIIDC signed an MoU for the construction of a modern DTC headquarters.

• The 12-storey headquarters will feature sustainable elements like solar panels, a sewage treatment plant, and rainwater harvesting.
• It will include parking for 200 buses and over 200 cars, with separate access for DTC and commercial areas.
• DSIIDC will execute the project within 2.5 years, retaining 50% commercial usage rights for 30 years.
