Engineering Student Jumps to Death from University Building in Phagwara

• A 20-year-old engineering student allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the ninth floor of a private university building in Phagwara.
• The deceased has been identified as Nikhil, a first-year student from village Sunnar Khurd near Phillaur.
• He was rushed to Civil Hospital Phagwara but was declared brought dead by duty doctors.
• Phagwara SP Madhvi Sharma stated that the matter is under investigation to determine the cause of the extreme step.
