Ethanol Plant GM, AGM Shot Dead in UP's Budaun; Blacklisted Vendor Suspect

• Two officials, Sudhir Kumar Gupta (GM) and Harshit Mishra (AGM), of an HPCL ethanol plant in Sejni village, Budaun, were shot dead.
• The alleged shooter is Ajay Pratap Singh alias Ramu, a blacklisted vendor who had previously threatened GM Sudhir Kumar Gupta.
• Singh was blacklisted by Gupta for unsatisfactory work and had a prior case registered against him for attacking Gupta's car.
• On Thursday, Singh entered the factory, shot Gupta in a conference room, and then shot Mishra when he intervened.
• Both officials died on the spot, with the incident occurring under Musajhag Police Station area.
