Former Maharashtra Minister Kokate's Father, Shivajirao Kokate, Passes Away at 93

• Shivajirao Muralidhar Kokate, father of former Maharashtra minister and Sinnar MLA Manikrao Kokate, passed away on Wednesday.
• He was 93 years old and succumbed to a brief illness.
• Shivajirao Kokate was a former director of the Kolpewadi Co-operative Sugar Factory in Nashik district.
• He is survived by three sons, including NCP-affiliated Manikrao Kokate, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren.
• His last rites were performed at Somthane in Sinnar taluka, attended by State Minister Chhagan Bhujbal and others.
