Fractal Analytics IPO Opens Feb 9: Price Band Set at Rs 857-900/Share

• Artificial intelligence solutions provider Fractal Analytics has set its IPO price band at Rs 857-900 per share, valuing the company at nearly Rs 15,500 crore.
• The Rs 2,834-crore IPO will open for subscription on February 9 and close on February 11, with anchor investor bidding on February 6.
• The company scaled down its IPO size from an initially proposed Rs 4,900 crore, now comprising a fresh issue of Rs 1,023.5 crore and an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) of Rs 1,810.4 crore.
• Proceeds from the fresh issue will fund investments in Fractal USA, debt repayment, new offices in India, R&D, sales & marketing, acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.
• Fractal, co-founded by Srikanth Velamakanni and Pranay Agrawal, provides end-to-end AI solutions to global enterprises and is backed by investors like TPG, Apax, and Gaja.
