Gangster, Aide Arrested Under MCOCA in Delhi's Shahbad Dairy

• Pankaj, the kingpin of an organized crime syndicate, and Akash were apprehended on February 3.
• A case under MCOCA was registered against them at Shahbad Dairy police station in 2024.
• Pankaj is allegedly involved in over 20 criminal cases, including attempt to murder and Arms Act violations.
• Police recovered a car, mobile phones, and a dongle, and are investigating the syndicate's network.
