Gaudium IVF IPO Subscribed 3 Times on Day 2, Raises Rs 49.5 Cr from Anchor Investors

•Gaudium IVF and Women Health's Rs 165-crore IPO was subscribed three times on the second day of the share sale.
•The company received bids for 43,824,186 shares against 14,620,340 shares on offer.
•Non-institutional investors' portion subscribed 4.62 times, retail individual investors' portion subscribed 4 times.
•Gaudium IVF raised Rs 49.5 crore from anchor investors and is the first fertility care company to tap public markets.
•Proceeds from the fresh issue will establish 19 new IVF centers, repay debt, and serve general corporate purposes.
