Gen Z Probe Commission Submits Report to Nepal Govt; Blames Poor Governance for 76 Deaths
•
A high-level Gen Z probe commission submitted its report to Nepal’s interim government, led by PM Sushila Karki.
•
The report attributes September's violent protests, killings, and damages to a lack of good governance and inefficiency by the then administration.
•
A total of 76 people were killed during the two-day protest: 22 youths on September 8 and 54 others on September 9.
•
Commission chairman Gauri Bahadur Karki recommended legal action against those involved in shootings and failing to act, but no names were released.
•
Karki warned of another Gen Z movement if the government fails to implement the report's recommendations.
