•Revolutionary Goans Party MLA Viresh Borkar rejoined the protest against the alleged misuse of a section in the Town and Country Planning Act.
•The protest, now in its fourth day, targets the conversion of a tribal area into a 'settlement zone' using Section 39A.
•Borkar, who launched a hunger strike, was previously manhandled by police and hospitalized due to deteriorating health.
•RGP president Manoj Parab stated Borkar refused to stay in the hospital and returned to Azad Maidan, vowing to continue until Section 39A is repealed.
