Gurugram Cyber Police busts Chinese cyber fraud syndicate, three arrested

Gurugram Cyber Police arrested three men for allegedly providing calling support to a Chinese fraud syndicate.
•
A 20-port physical SIM box and a laptop were seized; arrests follow the detention of a woman from Nagaland.
•
Accused identified as Karma (Nagaland), Lobsang Tsultim and Ngawang Gyaltsen (both from Himachal Pradesh).
•
They used SIM boxes to facilitate over 20,000 fraudulent calls daily targeting Indian citizens for gaming and investment fraud.
•
Tsultim and Gyaltsen, born in China and refugees in India, communicated with Chinese national Tsega via WeChat.
