Handloom Expo Kicks Off Feb 21: 21 States Showcase Swadeshi Weaves

•Special Handloom Expo 2026 to be held from February 21 to March 2 in New Delhi.
•Weavers and artisan groups from 21 states will participate, promoting Swadeshi handloom products.
•Aims to create direct market linkages between weavers and consumers, strengthening livelihood opportunities.
•Visitors can purchase handloom sarees, dress materials, home furnishings, shawls, stoles, and apparel directly from weavers.
•Organized by the National Handloom Development Corporation (NHDC), established in 1983 under the Ministry of Textiles.
