Himachal Budget a 'Bundle of Lies,' Says LoP Jai Ram Thakur

• He claimed key department budgets have been slashed by more than half over two years, and the current budget is stagnant compared to three years ago.
• Thakur highlighted a continuous decline in capital expenditure and a widening revenue deficit, averaging around Rs 10,620 crore over the last four budgets.
• He also pointed out reduced allocations for schemes like "Chief Minister’s Farm Fencing Scheme" and "Chief Minister’s Himcare Scheme," and a 15-year low in job opportunities.
