Indian among 8 stabbed in Russia university hostel attack

• An Indian national and seven others, including two police officers, were stabbed in a Russian university hostel.
• The attack occurred in a sports hall of a foreign students’ hostel at a university in Bashkortostan Republic.
• A 15-year-old armed with a knife attacked students and resisted arrest, injuring police officers.
• The attacker also inflicted bodily harm on himself and is in serious condition at a children's hospital.
• Four students and two police officers are receiving treatment at a local clinical hospital.
