Jaipur's 'Clean Sweep': 281 Arrested, Over 35 kg Cannabis Seized in Anti-Drug Drive

• Jaipur Police arrested 281 individuals and seized over 36 kg of cannabis under the 'Clean Sweep' initiative.
• The drive also led to the recovery of 11.85 grams of smack during the operation on Thursday.
• Targeted areas included public spaces, schools, colleges, hospitals, bus stands, and railway stations suspected of drug activity.
• Arrests comprised 65 under the NDPS Act, 40 under other laws, 16 wanted criminals, and 159 under BNSS section 170.
• A total of 157 police teams were formed to conduct raids and apprehend offenders linked to previous NDPS cases.
