Jharkhand CPI(ML) Liberation to Protest Feb 12 Strike Against Labor Codes

• Jharkhand CPI(ML) Liberation will join a nationwide general strike on February 12.
• The strike, called by 10 central trade unions, protests four labor codes and other issues.
• Party appeals to people, laborers, farmers, youth, students, women, and social organizations to resist anti-worker and anti-farmer policies.
• CPI(ML)L state secretary Manoj Bhakt alleges labor codes are a direct attack on workers' rights, promoting contract jobs and increasing working hours.
• Demands include scrapping labor codes, Draft Seed Bill, Electricity Amendment Bill, SHANTI Act, and restoring MGNREGA.
