Jharkhand Govt Partners with IIHR Bengaluru to Boost Horticulture, Farmer Income

Jharkhand government signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (IIHR), Bengaluru.
•
The agreement aims to develop and expand the horticulture sector across the state.
•
Signed in Ranchi on March 12, in the presence of Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
•
CM Soren stated it will directly benefit farmers, increasing their income and promoting productivity, quality, and value-addition in various crops.
•
The initiative will introduce modern technology and boost research in Jharkhand's horticulture sector.
