K Kavitha to launch new political party for Telangana after Delhi Excise case discharge

•K Kavitha, daughter of K Chandrashekhar Rao, announced plans to form a new political party for the people of Telangana.
•The announcement follows her discharge by a Delhi Court in the Delhi Excise Policy case, along with Arvind Kejriwal and 21 others.
•She made the statement at Tirupati Balaji Temple, expressing gratitude and calling the case a "witch hunt" by the Union government.
•Kavitha was previously suspended from BRS for remarks against Harish Rao and Santosh Rao, later resigning from the party and her MLC post.
•A special court found no prima facie case against the 23 accused in the Delhi Excise Policy case, ruling out overarching conspiracy.
