• Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister H K Patil stated the Advocate General advised against holding the meeting, citing it as a broad policy matter that could violate MCC.
• The meeting will now be held after April 9, with the date to be fixed later.
• Other administrative processes and ongoing work will continue uninterrupted, only the decision-making on internal reservation is deferred.
