Kolkata Metro Blue Line Halted After Man Jumps on Tracks at Tollygunge Station

Kolkata Metro's Blue Line services were disrupted for 30 minutes on Sunday.

A male passenger, aged 25-30, jumped onto the tracks at Tollygunge station at 4:20 pm.
•
The incident occurred as a train was entering the station, leading to immediate service suspension.
•
Normal operations resumed across the Dakshineswar-Sahid Khudiram route around 4:50 pm.
•
The passenger was rescued and hospitalized; his condition is currently unknown.
