Kolkata's GCC Leasing Skyrockets 239% in 2025, Outpacing National Growth

• GCCs accounted for 30% of Kolkata’s total office leasing in 2025, a significant jump from 9% in 2024.
• The growth is driven by Kolkata's domain-specific talent base and improving cost-to-value dynamics.
• IT-BPM firms led the demand, accounting for 59% of GCC leasing, followed by Telecom & Media (21%) and Professional Services (13%).
• EMEA-headquartered companies were primary drivers (57%), with a healthy supply pipeline of 1.5 MSF expected in 2026.
