Living Forest with 200+ Plant Species Unveiled at India Art Fair 2026 in Delhi

• A living forest featuring over 200 native and endangered plant species has been installed at the India Art Fair 2026.
• Named FOREST II, the installation is a Miyawaki-inspired pocket forest designed for Delhi-NCR's semi-arid climate.
• Artist Raki Nikahetiya created the forest, which is intended to remain functional even after the event.
• Max Estates Limited commissioned the project, using 10 tonnes of reclaimed metal from its construction sites for the enclosure.
• The planting includes canopy, understory, and groundcover species to improve soil and support urban biodiversity.
