Man Arrested, Four Juveniles Apprehended for Murder in Delhi's Budh Vihar
•Police arrested a 19-year-old man, Anish Jha, and apprehended four juveniles in connection with a murder case in northwest Delhi’s Budh Vihar.
•The victim, Raja alias Mangal Singh (25), was attacked with knives and a beer bottle on February 22-23 and declared dead at a hospital.
•The crime was a revenge attack following a dispute on February 20 where one of the accused was beaten and his scooter damaged.
•The police identified suspects through technical surveillance and human intelligence, conducting raids in Sonipat, Panipat, and Haridwar.
•Two knives and a beer bottle used in the crime have been recovered; the arrested accused, Anish Jha, has prior involvement in snatching and theft cases.
