M&M Surges to No. 2 in Indian PV Market, Overtakes Hyundai and Tata in FY26

•Mahindra & Mahindra became the second-largest passenger vehicle maker by volume in India in FY26, behind Maruti Suzuki.
•M&M surpassed Hyundai Motor India and Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd, driven by strong SUV sales.
•Maruti Suzuki India maintained its market leadership with 18,23,129 units sold in FY26, a 3.54% growth.
•Mahindra & Mahindra recorded 6,60,276 units in FY26, a 20% growth from FY25.
•Overall passenger vehicle sales in India reached a new high of 47 lakh units in FY26.
