Manoj Dayal Appointed New VC of Chhattisgarh's KTUJMC

• Manoj Dayal, a professor from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar, has been appointed as the new Vice Chancellor of Kushabhau Thakre University of Journalism and Mass Communication (KTUJMC) in Raipur.
• The appointment was made by Chhattisgarh Governor Ramen Deka.
• Dayal's appointment is under the Chhattisgarh KTUJMC Act 2004.
• He replaces Baldev Bhai Sharma, whose term ended last March, with IAS officer Mahadev Kavre serving as interim VC.
• KTUJMC, established in 2004, is Chhattisgarh's sole university for journalism and mass communication.
