NIA Chargesheets Key Accused in Magadh Zone Naxal Revival Case

• The NIA has chargesheeted Lakshman Paswan, the fifth accused, in the Magadh zone naxal revival case in Bihar.
• Paswan is accused of collecting levy from businesses for logistical support to naxal cadres and inciting people to join the CPI (Maoist).
• His activities aimed at strengthening and re-energising the banned organization in the Magadh region.
• Lakshman Paswan was arrested by the NIA from Lutua in Gaya district, Bihar, in August 2025.
• Earlier, NIA chargesheeted top Naxal leaders Pramod Mishra, Anil Yadav, Binod Mishra, and Rakesh Kumar alias Bihari Paswan.
