Nizam's Rubath: 695 Pilgrims Selected for Hajj 2026 from Hyderabad State

• 695 pilgrims from the erstwhile Hyderabad State were selected for Hajj 2026 under the Nizam's Rubath arrangement in Saudi Arabia.
• The selection process was transparent, involving representatives from the Telangana Government, Hajj Committee, Waqf Board, and Saudi official Hussain al Sharif.
• Selected pilgrims, including royal family members and H.E.H. Nizam Trusts employees, will be accommodated at Nizam’s Rubath in Makkah, continuing a tradition of comfort and financial relief.
• The initiative, started by the Fifth Nizam and strengthened by the Eighth Nizam, Nawab Mir Barkat Ali Khan Mukarram Jah Bahadur, aims to preserve this legacy.
• The committee plans to restore or establish alternative Rubath facilities in Medina to enhance pilgrim convenience in future years.
