NSE to Launch Dated Brent Crude Oil Futures on April 13

• National Stock Exchange (NSE) will introduce Dated Brent Crude Oil (Platts) futures from April 13, 2026.
• The new contract expands NSE's commodity derivatives offerings linked to global oil benchmarks.
• Based on S&P Global Energy (Platts) Dated Brent assessment, traded under symbol “BRCRUDEOIL”.
• Aims to provide market participants with a hedging tool aligned with international crude benchmarks.
• Contracts will be cash-settled, with final settlement price based on Platts Dated Brent assessments and RBI’s USD-INR rate.
